Always a guarantee. Good and consistent quality, even in a context like the airport. The food is well-prepared and above average compared to many airside alternatives. Prices are in line with those at airports, so higher than in the city, but justified by the quality and service. Great alternative for lunch or dinner for those who have to wait a while at the airport. The ingredients are excellent: the meat in my Piedmontese sandwich was succulent, the cheese delicious. The Coke was also excellent (which, coming from someone who doesn't drink Coca Cola, is quite something).

A new airport experience
Open Baladin Torino Airport, located beyond security checkpoints, welcomes both departing and arriving passengers thanks to the new layout of the boarding area’s food court. Having been a fixture at Turin Airport since 2017, the restaurant has been completely renovated to offer a welcoming and versatile space, suitable for both those in a hurry and those looking to take a longer break.
A comprehensive dining experience
The menu draws inspiration from the restaurants of the Open Group. The stars of the show are the “Hamburger & Co.” burgers—made with 100% Piedmontese beef and vegetarian options,alongside the “Focacceria,” which features focaccia baked in prison as part of the Panatè social project. Rounding out the menu are salads, brasserie dishes,such as young cockerel flavored with Isaac beer spices,and various versions of the maritozzo. To end on a sweet note, the Galuperie offers the classic Birramisù.
The Open Baladin Experience: Quality and Value
Baladin beers and products to take home
Five taps are dedicated to Baladin craft beers, which rotate regularly, while the full range of beers, soft drinks, and spirits is available by the bottle. There is also a dedicated area for purchasing Baladin products, designed for those who wish to take home a 100% Italian and Piedmontese “souvenir.” The café service is available all day, starting with breakfast.
Baladin’s Design, Identity, and Spirit
Not just a simple facelift, but a complete reimagining of the spaces, which have been expanded and redesigned with a functional layout and a fresh visual identity. The project draws on iconic symbols of the Baladin brewery: the ceiling design evokes the circus tent of the first pub in Piozzo, while the decorative elements echo the “Eye of the Sacred Drinker.” An elegant and evocative style, featuring warm colors and vintage-inspired materials, in true Baladin spirit, accommodating up to 80 seats
