Excellent place, always warm in winter and cool in summer because it has large outdoor spaces. The food is varied and of good quality. The beer is a certainty, but also the Baladin zero cola is a highlight for those looking for a carbonated drink without added sugars. The service is always fast and attentive.

Après une longue journée, je suis allée au Baladin de Cuneo, table trouvée immédiatement. Le garçon qui s'occupait de ma table, Antonio (on accepte les paris sur son origine, ne dites pas chinoise🤣), m'a conseillée et choyée. Bière suggérée EXCELLENTE, bière en fût FANTASTIQUE, nourriture excellente mais... oui il y a un mais... mais le régime?!?!?... bon, je le recommencerai demain.

À Cuneo pour une petite promenade, nous venons déjeuner ici. Nous avons beaucoup aimé tout. Les pommes de terre sont originales et excellentes, tout comme le houmous de pois chiches à la betterave !! La bière n'a pas besoin de présentation !! Nous y retournerons certainement. Bravo !!

Im Zentrum von Cuneo, auf der Piazza Foro Boario, entsteht OPEN Baladin Cuneo: ein Projekt, das die Leidenschaft für Craft-Bier mit der städtebaulichen Neugestaltung eines symbolträchtigen Stadtteils verbindet. Das Lokal befindet sich in der Tettoia Vinaj, einem historischen Marktgebäude, das im Rahmen der groß angelegten Sanierung des ehemaligen Foro Boario zu neuem Leben erweckt wurde, über 22.000 m² wurden zur Fußgängerzone umgestaltet und den Bürgern als Ort der Begegnung und Geselligkeit
