5 stars for this beautiful brewery in the center of Cuneo. I will definitely come back for the explanations, the hospitality, and the expertise of the great Antonio who immediately sparked my great curiosity to try exquisite beers.

Very beautiful place, excellent menu also suitable for vegetarians 🌱, fantastic Antonio and his very valuable advice, he recommended an amazing beer to gift to my husband (German) I will definitely come back!!!

If you are a beer lover, you cannot miss stopping at this place where you can find some delicious craft beers. Tonight I had the Egyptian Nora and for food, falafel and carrot hummus. Then the very kind and knowledgeable Antonio let us taste a 17° beer, perfect for sipping a dessert or to finish a meal, brewed by Teo himself. Highly recommended!!! Even the Coca-Cola is made by them, much better than the original very sweet one. Sublime :)

Very cozy place with a nice atmosphere. Huge offer of local crafted beers and cocktails. A perfect spot for a break and a cold beer after a walk through beautiful town of Cuneo.

Being a regular customer, I already knew I was going to be safe, but the stand-up comedy evening was a wonderful surprise. Lots of laughs, great atmosphere, and a perfect outdoor setting that made everything even more enjoyable.

Great place, always warm in winter and cool in summer because it has large outdoor spaces. The food is varied and of good quality. The beer is a certainty, but also the Baladin zero cola is a highlight for those looking for a carbonated drink without added sugars. The service is always fast and attentive.

OPEN Baladin Cuneo is coming to life in the heart of Cuneo, in Piazza Foro Boario: a project that combines a passion for craft beer with the urban revitalization of a symbolic area of the city. The venue is located inside the Tettoia Vinaj, a historic market structure brought back to life as part of the major regeneration project of the former Foro Boario—over 22,000 m² of pedestrianized space returned to the public as a place for gathering and socializing.
A haven for craft beer
OPEN Baladin Cuneo is a venue dedicated to the culture of brewing: a bar counter stretching over 9 meters features more than 25 taps dedicated to the finest Italian craft beers, complemented by a wide selection of bottled beers from independent national and international breweries. Special attention is given to beers from the Cuneo region, one of the most vibrant areas of the Italian brewing scene.
