Today I finally managed to eat at the brewery, everything was delicious in an environment that I personally rate more than positively. My only concern is the type of service, and I ask the manager a question: when there are many people, doesn't confusion arise? Those of you who work daily, can you answer me? I also bought the very good beers and more from the shopping area.

In the middle of this famous wine region, you’ll find some of the best beer around. And if you’re looking for a burger to go with it, you’re in for a treat — the burgers are absolutely delicious as well. If you’re a beer lover, the question isn’t whether you should stop here; it’s whether you can afford not to. This place is simply a must-visit. Great beer, fantastic food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

A fantastic location inside a renovated farmhouse surrounded by greenery. The spaces are spacious, the environment is well cared for, and the atmosphere is pleasantly natural. A special thanks to Alberto, who kindly and helpfully guided us on the tour of the adjacent brewery. We recommend everyone take the tour to discover the history of this beautiful "Family." Exceptional beers, excellent food, and a truly interesting event calendar. We hope to return soon, thanks to all the Baladin staff!

Beautiful and characteristic environment, excellent especially now that the late afternoon is nice, excellent food and not obvious, as well as the drinks they offer. I have already been there several times and I hope to return soon!

A garden, a place dedicated to craft beer brewed on site, you can visit (by reservation) the production... the beers are very good, the food is great, there is always a DJ event, open-air cinema, themed meals, circus... in short, a magical place that transcends us for an evening (or an afternoon on Sunday 😁). After my visit in summer, I came back this month, and surprise in winter we are nice and warm, with a new menu (always for all tastes), new beers, and - hop water!!! A discovery, my new non-alcoholic drink since it's water flavored with hops! I highly recommend it 🤩, plus table service is top-notch! Fast and professional service, and always pleasant background music... see you soon
