⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A magical experience among live beer, nature, and authentic Piedmontese flavors! If you're looking for the perfect place to unplug and recharge, Baladin Open Garden in Piozzo is an absolute must-visit. Calling it simply a "bar" or a "brewery" would be an understatement: it's a true park of sharing immersed in the greenery of the Langhe, where the philosophy "from the earth to the glass" is felt in every corner. The location is amazing and meticulously cared for. We took advantage of the vast outdoor space to enjoy a beautiful sunny day. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and informal, ideal both for a family Sunday (children have plenty of space to move safely) and for a day of chatting and total relaxation with friends. There's a beautiful energy, a contagious "good vibe" that makes you want to extend your stay for hours. Moving on to the heart of the offer: craft beer. No need to beat around the bush, Teo Musso's live beers here play in a different league. Having the chance to try them on tap directly where they are produced, with a vast selection ranging from the great Baladin classics to more refined editions expertly poured, is an experience worth the trip alone. The food lived up to expectations and its name. We ordered sandwiches with authentic Piedmontese meat and they were sublime: the meat was of exceptional quality, very tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, enhanced by fresh ingredients that did not overpower its flavor. Special mention also for the legendary fries and for the beer-braised stew ordered by some friends at the table, who were equally ecstatic. Even the desserts, like the must-have "birramisù," ended the lunch beautifully. The staff proved welcoming, smiling, and very knowledgeable in advising us on the right pairings between chosen dishes and different types of beer. In summary: excellent beer, genuine zero-km food, and a location immersed in nature that rejuvenates the spirit. Absolutely good value for money considering the excellence of raw materials and unique setting. We will definitely return, maybe for a guided brewery tour! Highly recommended!

It started as a brewery and there are many dishes cooked with beer. The pork knuckle with beer is excellent. The environment is very nice with many tables outdoors in a sort of large garden. The service, at least outside, is a kind of self-service.

Near Farigliano, there is this wonderful place where evenings pass by without even noticing, an old farmhouse with many rooms where you can drink the famous Baladin beers and enjoy company, a very large garden where you can spend the evenings drinking, eating, and chatting.

Highly recommended is the combination of dinner at Baladin Open Garden + overnight stay in the agronidi/star-boxes reachable on foot after eating and drinking + visit to the brewery the following morning. We had a great time. Although it was early May, we did not need to turn on the heater. It rained during the night, but the experience in the agronido remained just as magical and romantic even without being able to see the stars. At check-in, the staff is courteous and available for any clarification/doubt/need. We will definitely return.

A place conceived, then created! Excellent, excellence of the GRANDA, for those who don't know, the province of Cuneo is called Granda in Piedmontese dialect. And then, what music... spectacular live shows, quality, being together!!! Good vibe, Baladin!
